Where & when does the church meet?
Liddesdale Church, Newcastleton meets every Sunday at 10:00am for our Sunday Service. Canonbie United, Riverside Canonbie at 11.30am
Aim to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you get a parking spot and seat in time for the service to start.
We meet at: Montagu Street, Newcastleton, sign posted from village square & at Canonbie Riverside, Canonbie

What should I expect when I visit the church?
You will receive a very warm welcome particularly from our Welcome Team who will be able to answer your questions and direct you to where you need to go. There will be approximately 50 mins of singing with opportunity for church members to pray or read a passage from the bible.
Each 5th Sunday is worship shared with Canonbie Church and we alternating between the two churches.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are served following the service and is very much part of our fellowship. A chance to chat to the minister, team leaders or to simply enjoy the company of each other, to welcome new friends and visitors to our church.
What happens to the kids at church?
Children are given a warm welcome in church and no, we really do not mind noise! We want you to feel comfortable bringing babies and children into church. We have boxes of toys if you would like them to play with during worship.
In Newcastleton, Liddesdale Church support and volunteer in children and youth groups run by refresh Community Church and if you would like to know more about them please use the contact page and we will be glad to introduce you

Rock Solid Crew (P5-7 years) 5-6pm in the No8 Club in the village

Holiday Club in summer holiday
Is there a dress code?
No! Please just be yourself and come dressed in your 'normal' clothes.
Will I have to join in?
Not at all! You are free to simply observe or participate as much as feels comfortable for you.
